When people ask you why don't you want to change your body or lifestyle for the better, we come up with a lot of excuses such as "Oh i need to get a gym membership and start taking supplements which I don't have money for" etc etc.
The Arnold Home Workout is here to show you that you and only you are in control of your situation and your body. You don’t need a gym to be fit. You just need a plan to follow consistently and you will start seeing results, it's that simple!
